8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese 2 green onions, finely chopped 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, cheddar, blue cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
On a piece of plastic wrap, shape the cheese mixture into a rounded snowman shape with 3 balls, one on top of the other, for the body.
On a plate, spread the chopped nuts. Roll each cheese ball in nuts to evenly coat.
Decorate the snowman using pretzel sticks for arms, grape halves for buttons and hat, and olive slices for the eyes, nose and mouth.
Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers.
