1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets 1 egg, beaten 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the beaten egg in a separate shallow bowl.
Dip the cauliflower florets in the egg, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat completely in the breadcrumb mixture.
Lightly spray or brush the cauliflower with olive oil.
Working in batches if needed, place the breaded cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
Cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Remove from air fryer and season again lightly with salt if desired. Enjoy immediately!
